WHITLEY GRADING SPECIALTY
Our specialty is grading. This consist of, but is not limited to:
- Land clearing from all woods to scrape and pad. Multiple acres to tract lots.
- Demolitions and haul off.
- Grading for foundations, stem walls, mono slabs, excavating basements.
- Grading for roads, rough grades for concrete, final grades for landscaping.
- Swells for land erosion, silt ponds and digging ponds.
- We haul dirt and stone and install construction drives, driveway pipe and install conduit.

Contract prices will be determined based on lot sizes and scope of work. We can provide hourly rates for specific pieces of equipment.
